Grilling Salmon
One thing to keep in mind while planning to grill salmon over an open flame, any seafood for that manner, is that salmon can flake and can have a tendency to fall through the grill in to the fire. While a layer of tin foil over the grill bars will do in a pinch it does block the smoke and results in a less then optimial piece of fish.
